In 2002, Golf Digest and Golf Magazine recognized Shore Gate as one of America’s best new courses.  More recently, the course received 4 ½ – stars in Golf Digest’s 2006 Places to Play. 

The numerous, highly-regarded golf courses in the Philadelphia/New Jersey region presented an exciting challenge for Golfplan to create a fresh, new architectural character that blended perfectly with its neighbors.  With the awards and recognition still piling on, Shore Gate has created its own niche in a highly competitive tourist golf course market.
